About me

If you have found your way to this page, you may be going through a challenging period in your life: perhaps connected to relocating to a new environment, experiencing loss or grief, feeling anxiety or inner tension. You might be seeking a deeper understanding of yourself or navigating difficulties in your relationships. Whatever you are facing, your reactions are human and completely understandable. Big changes and unfamiliar environments can feel lonely and overwhelming, often triggering strong emotional responses even in the most resilient people.

I understand what it means to live between cultures from my own experience: an international marriage, multiple relocations, bilingual children and the ongoing process of adapting to a new culture.

With several years of training and experience in humanistic psychotherapy (gestalt-therapy and person-centered), I support people in finding clarity, stability, emotional balance and a deeper connection with themselves and others. I create a space where you can feel understood not only in your language, but in your experience. It is easier to move through a challenging period when someone is there to accompany you, to help you make sense of what is happening inside. I also accompany international couples who speak different languages and are learning to understand each other across cultural and emotional layers.

If you recognise yourself in any of this, you don’t have to navigate it alone — you are welcome to contact me.

My Services

International Couples Therapy

1

Individual Therapy

Individual sessions are intended as a long-term therapeutic process that supports deep personal growth and lasting change. Regular sessions over time create space for trust, insight, and transformation to develop.

We begin with an initial session to see whether we can work with each other. I answer all your questions and concerns. A strong connection between client and therapist is one of the most important factors for successful therapy.

2

Couple Thearpy

Couples therapy offers a space to better understand recurring conflicts, strengthen communication and reconnect emotionally. This process can support couples in navigating challenges, deepening intimacy, or making conscious decisions about the future of their partnership. Couples therapy is most effective when both partners are willing to engage honestly and actively in the work.

3

Coaching

Coaching is a short-term, goal-oriented process designed to support you in achieving a specific outcome or moving forward with a life project. Unlike psychotherapy, which focuses on deeper emotional patterns or healing past experiences, coaching centres around clear objectives in the present and near future.

It can be helpful when you’re facing a transition, making an important decision, or looking to clarify and realise a personal or professional goal.
