Individual Therapy
Individual sessions are intended as a long-term therapeutic process that supports deep personal growth and lasting change. Regular sessions over time create space for trust, insight, and transformation to develop. We begin with an initial session to see whether we can work with each other. I answer all your questions and concerns. A strong connection between client and therapist is one of the most important factors for successful therapy.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy offers a space to better understand recurring conflicts, strengthen communication and reconnect emotionally. This process can support couples in navigating challenges, deepening intimacy, or making conscious decisions about the future of their partnership. Couples therapy is most effective when both partners are willing to engage honestly and actively in the work.
Transformational Coaching
Coaching is a short-term, goal-oriented process designed to support you in achieving a specific outcome or moving forward with a life project. Unlike psychotherapy, which focuses on deeper emotional patterns or healing past experiences, coaching centres around clear objectives in the present and near future. It can be helpful when you’re facing a transition, making an important decision, or looking to clarify and realise a personal or professional goal.
